The Bespoke Framer Bexley - Brand Photography & Editorial
What can I say about the Bespoke Framer?
3 words – Professional Passionate craftsman!
I was contacted by Anthony from The Bespoke Framer in relation to his handcrafted picture framing service for portraiture clients. However, when I saw the quality of his work I knew I just had to offer him something in return, and a personal branding and headshot session was arranged at his workshop.
Anthony explained that he had always been a practical problem solver and good at working with his hands. Combined with his interest in artwork, picture framing was the perfect mix for him. He learnt his trade in the traditional way, through hard work and an apprenticeship with the proper guidance of a master craftsman.
While it’s easy to order a frame for a photograph these days, they’re just not special. However, Anthony provides his clients with a detailed consultation where he will cover all aspects of the project, from discussing how and where the frame will hang, to what your colour schemes are, as well as provide advice on the best shape, size and colour of the frame (& mount) to compliment your setting.
It’s about taking care of your artwork and protecting it for future generations to enjoy – it’s about a small business making a personal contribution to clients who appreciate good quality service.
This was demonstrated to me first hand during the photography session when a client came by the workshop to discuss their project with Anthony and I got to see how he interacts with his clients.
You could see how much they trusted his opinion and advice. The clients obviously cared deeply about the artwork, and Anthony was perfect for them. He is about creating something intrinsic and emotive for the clients, which is what separates him from the rest.
If you value your memories you’ll want them protected for generations to come, then The Bespoke Framer is the place.
And it’s where I go for all my framing needs.
